Booking and Confirmation
- Service bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance for standard services
- VIP and weekend package services require 48-72 hours advance booking
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS
- Changes to confirmed bookings must be made at least 12 hours before service time
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service or as specified in booking agreement
- Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes
- Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards
- Corporate accounts may be established for regular clients with approved credit terms
- Additional charges may apply for extended waiting time, route changes, or special requests

Users may not use our services for any unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm Crown Auon, our staff, or other clients. Prohibited activities include:

Service Misuse

- • Exceeding vehicle capacity limits
- • Consuming alcohol or controlled substances inappropriately
- • Engaging in behavior that compromises safety or reputation
Violation Consequences: Crown Auon reserves the right to terminate service immediately for prohibited activities, with no refund, and may pursue legal action where appropriate.

Service Standards
Crown Auon is committed to providing high-quality transportation services with professional chauffeurs and well-maintained vehicles. However, service delivery is subject to:
- Traffic conditions and road accessibility
- Weather conditions affecting safe travel
- Vehicle availability and mechanical condition
- Regulatory requirements and border control procedures
- Emergency situations beyond our reasonable control
Cancellation Policy
Force Majeure
Crown Auon shall not be liable for delays or failures in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, terrorism, pandemic restrictions, or other events that make service delivery impractical or unsafe.

Service Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis with the following understandings:

- Chauffeurs are professionally trained and background-checked
- Vehicles are regularly maintained according to manufacturer specifications
- We do not guarantee specific travel times due to variable traffic conditions
- Service quality may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control
Limitation of Liability
Crown Auon's liability is limited as follows:
- Total liability limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
- No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- No liability for loss of business, profits, or personal opportunities
- No liability for delays caused by traffic, weather, or regulatory factors
- Insurance coverage provides primary protection for personal injury or property damage
Important: Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other matters for which liability cannot be lawfully limited.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate pickup and destination information
- Being ready at the designated pickup time and location
- Ensuring all passengers have proper identification for travel
- Compliance with vehicle safety requirements and capacity limits
- Any damage to vehicles caused by client actions or negligence
6. Dispute Resolution
Resolution Process
We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently:
- Direct Communication: Contact our customer service team for initial resolution attempts
- Formal Complaint: Submit written complaints with relevant details and supporting documentation
- Management Review: Senior management will review unresolved complaints within 14 days
- Mediation: If necessary, disputes may be referred to professional mediation services
- Legal Proceedings: Final recourse through Singapore courts under Singapore law
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with any specific service booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between Crown Auon and the client. They supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter. No modifications are valid unless agreed in writing by authorized Crown Auon representatives.
Severability and Assignment
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable. Crown Auon may assign these terms and related obligations to affiliated companies or successors. Clients may not assign their rights or obligations without written consent.
